Office Manager- Accountants Receivable
Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced
Office Manager in Casper, Wyoming for a long-term temporary to hire
opportunity. An Office Manager supports company operations by
maintaining office systems and supervising staff. Main focus of
this position is handling Accountants receivable and working with
Clients, Project Managers and VP. Excellent customer service and
team player required.
Responsibilities for an Office Manager include but are not limited
to the following:
•Maintains office services by organizing office operations and
procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence;
designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply
requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
•Provides historical reference by defining procedures for
retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of
•Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office
systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
•Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards
and procedures; measuring results against standards; making
•Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees; following up on work results.
•Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special
reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
•Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and

5 years work experience in Accounting A/R and Payroll preferred.
Proficient in Quickbooks.
Pay for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 hour DOE. This is a
temporary to hire oppportunity.
