Job Posting:We are seeking a Receptionist/ Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining the front desk as well as navigate social media platforms for marketing purposes. Responsibilities: Prepare schedules, charts and medical rooms Maintain inventory showroom including tracking inventory, ordering and receiving of products Checking patients in and out Scheduling appointments, answering phones and maintaining patient charts Process invoices and fulfilling E-commerce orders Development and implement marketing campaigns for various treatment and product specials Create and maintain content on social media platforms Qualifications: Front office or medical experience helpful Computer and accounting experience preferred Positive attitude, compassionate with ability to maintain confidentiality Strong critical thinking skills, written & verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time & project management skills Proven ability to work well in a team environment Navigates well on social media platforms Willing to present oneself in front of a camera Willing to grow within the business and take constructive feedbackFlexible scheduling, room for growth, paid lunches and breaks, discounted treatments and products, family discounts and incentives.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourSchedule: Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Casper, WY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
