Job Summary: Supports construction projects by performing a combination of skilled labor duties and commercial vehicle operation. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety?focused, dependable, and comfortable working in fast?paced outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities: Operate ready-mix trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and other commercial vehicles safely to transport materials, equipment, and debris to and from job sites. Assist construction crews with general labor tasks such as site preparation, cleanup, loading/unloading, and material handling. Perform basic equipment maintenance and daily vehicle inspections. Follow all DOT, safety, and job?site regulations. Support project teams with tasks such as digging, moving materials, and operating hand and power tools. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on company requirements). Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Experience operating ready-mix trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and other commercial vehicles is required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to assist with a wide range of tasks.
