The Manager's duties include but are not

limited to:

Greeting the customer on the phone and at the counter
Order entry using a company specific

Point of Sale system
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work
  
  area
  - Customer complaint resolution using
    
    company trained strategies
    - Production of product including
      
      learning recipes and end bake preparations
      - Overseeing the work of a team up to
        
        twenty people per shift
        
        Ordering product and make sure product
        
        is in date and safe
        
        Scheduling and maintaining adequate staff
        
        for business
        
        Maintaining equipment
