ResponsibilitiesLICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)POSITION SUMMARY:
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for administration of
medication per physician order, under the direct supervision of the
RN. He/she has direct responsibility for the provision of nursing
care on a particular unit under the supervision of a Registered
Nurse and/or Nursing Management. Other duties as assigned.WORKING
CONDITIONS: Duties require sitting, standing, walking, reaching,
and some lifting. Hours may be irregular, duties variable.
Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially
infectious materials.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Demonstrates personal

communication and interpersonal skills; must be flexible; must have

REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be Licensed in
the State of Wyoming as a Licensed Practical Nurse. One year of
experience in psychiatric acute care, residential care, long-term
care, partial care or equivalent. Knowledge of developmental tasks
of children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and apply
knowledge in planning of care. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
