Submission Requirements
-24 months -minimum -of current ICU experience - - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and - INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - - REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. -

- Wyoming

- Must have active license at time of submission
