Rawlins, WY Schedule: 7 10 Shifts/Month 24-Hour Inpatient Coverage
Compensation: $2,275/day typical billables of $1,000/day 1099

We re hiring a Hospitalist to take on low-volume 24-hour solo
shifts at a critical access hospital in Rawlins, Wyoming. This is
the ideal setup for a physician who wants solid pay, clinical
autonomy, and the kind of work/life balance you thought only

$2,275/day guaranteed plus what you bill physicians here typically
earn an additional $1,000/day in collections. Free housing is
provided while on assignment, and malpractice with tail is covered.
1099 status means total flexibility. You ll work just 7 10
shifts/month on your terms with zero outpatient responsibilities
and no admin creep just pure hospitalist medicine. Your day-to-day
includes providing 24-hour solo hospitalist coverage, managing
inpatient care, admissions, and the occasional urgent need. You ll
work independently in a rural hospital setting and keep things
running smoothly without layers of bureaucracy. You must be an MD
or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. You ll
need an active Wyoming license (or be willing to obtain one), U.S.
citizenship or a Green Card, and the confidence to practice solo in
a rural environment. This is a great fit for someone who wants
