Job Description:
Campbell County Health (CCH) seeks a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in
Gillette, Wyoming. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a
crucial role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing patient
outcomes across our hospital and clinics. This position allows the
selected candidate to work closely with a multidisciplinary team,
applying specialized nursing skills and knowledge in a challenging
yet supportive environment. This role demands a commitment to
patient care and the ability to respond effectively to patient
needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the
healthcare provider. Monitor and record patients' conditions and
document care services. Communicate with patients and their
families, providing guidance and emotional support. Collaborate
with registered nurses and doctors to plan and evaluate care plans.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols. Assist with
patient hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities as needed.
Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and
procedures. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
managing multiple patient care requirements Ability to perform well
under stress Knowledge of medication administration and wound care
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wyoming
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
