Job Description:

Campbell County Health (CCH) is actively seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our Kid Clinic team in Gillette, Wyoming. This role focuses on providing age-appropriate counseling services to children and adolescents within our community. The ideal candidate will support our younger patients' mental and emotional health through careful assessment, appropriate intervention, and detailed follow-up. As part of a comprehensive healthcare system, our counselors work closely with medical and educational staff to facilitate holistic treatment and care coordination. Conduct detailed mental health evaluations and risk assessments for children and adolescents Develop and implement targeted treatment plans based on individual patient needs Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Collaborate with healthcare providers, teachers, and families to ensure comprehensive care Maintain thorough patient records and document treatment outcomes Participate in continuous education to remain updated on best practices in pediatric mental health care Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in managing therapy sessions for diverse groups Skilled in crisis management and intervention Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent Certified Child and Adolescent Mental Health Counselor (CCAMHC) is preferred
