Job Description:
Campbell County Health (CCH) is looking for a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Family Practice team in
Gillette, Wyoming. As an integral part of our healthcare system,
you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive
environment that is focused on providing comprehensive healthcare
services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering
high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate patient records,
and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best
outcomes for our patients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion
for community health and a commitment to improving the lives of
families in our region. Administer medications and treatments to
patients and monitor their response. Record patient vital signs,
symptoms, and medical histories accurately. Collaborate with
physicians and other nursing staff to devise individualized care
plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans at home, including disease prevention and health
maintenance. Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants. Stay
updated on the latest health and safety guidelines to handle
patient care efficiently. Strong clinical skills in a family
practice setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate medical equipment. Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Compassionate and patient-focused
approach. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Wyoming. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
