Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team in Gillette, Wyoming, offering compassionate care to our community. This role involves assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Working alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in clinical settings within our comprehensive healthcare system, which includes a hospital and several clinics. Perform diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity. Administer treatments and therapies, including aerosol medications. Monitor patient responses to treatments and modify plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on lung health and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain patient records and manage respiratory therapy equipment. Proficiency in ventilator management Ability to conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. BLS/CPR certification with ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
