Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic team in Gillette, Wyoming. Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel. Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room. Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and disinfecting incision sites. Provide technical assistance to surgeons, surgical nurses, and anesthesiologists. Administer and monitor medication as directed by the healthcare provider. Record patients’ medical information and vital signs. Monitor and continually assess operating room conditions. Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment pre, during, and post-surgery. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Ability to maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff High level of proficiency in handling surgical instruments Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of surgical operation procedures and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
