Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our expansive healthcare team in Gillette, Wyoming. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality mental health services and support, enhancing patient wellbeing through individual and group counseling sessions. The Counselor will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of psychological issues, fostering patient progress through tailored intervention plans. Whether you are aiding in crisis situations or providing ongoing support, your expertise will help improve the lives of our community members. Conduct psychological assessments to determine patient needs and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans and improve patient outcomes. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Document treatment and progress in patient medical records according to regulatory and facility guidelines. Engage in ongoing education and professional development to ensure the highest standard of care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in psychotherapeutic techniques and treatment planning Expertise in behavioral health interventions Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or certified as a Professional Counselor in Wyoming or eligible for licensure. Additional certifications in mental health specialties are advantageous.
