Campbell County Health (CCH) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team in Gillette, Wyoming. This role involves collecting and preparing blood samples from patients, ensuring the proper handling and labeling of all specimens, and maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures and protocols. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care within our healthcare system that includes our hospital and clinics, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks. Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques. Verify patient information and label blood samples accurately. Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Log and track collected specimens accurately. Assist in the processing and analysis of collected samples as needed. Provide support and assistance in patient data recording and storage. Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision. Capability to manage sensitive information confidentially. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized Phlebotomy Technician Program. Valid Phlebotomy Technician certification (e.g., CPT, RPT, NPA). Current CPR certification.
