ID: 76005378 Shift: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM 36 hrs per week/24 hrs GTD-Banner may cancel one shift per week for low census, Trav Description: This order will have2 weekend shifts for every 4 week schedule. BLS and ACLS is required!AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!Banner has a specific coverpage.
