Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights) Casper, WY AZ RESIDENTS
ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!
Description This order will have 2 weekend shifts for every 4 week
schedule. BLS and ACLS is required! Requirements · Must have a
minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience (with recent experience in
last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]· Life support certifications must be
from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED] · No hits on state license to
practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] · RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO
during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED] · Candidate
driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED] · Flu
Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available
upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission
notes. · Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Certification
Requirements ACLS Certification Requirements BLS State License
Requirements Wyoming Additional License Requirements Must have
