Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg /n/n Job Details: /n • Work varied schedule as assigned /n• Required Wyoming DFS clearance /n• BLS and ACLS certification required /n• Current valid RN license in state of practice required /n• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for medical-surgical patients /n• Provide direct patient care utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills /n• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members /n• Complete patient assessments and reassessments according to policy /n• Formulate individualized plans of care including discharge planning /n• Delegate appropriately and supervise other healthcare personnel /n• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in medical records /n• Participate in patient and family education /n• Maintain clinical competencies appropriate to medical-surgical nursing /n• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required /n• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months required /n• Bachelor's degree preferred /n• Professional certification preferred /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates as part of a comprehensive medical system providing quality patient care services.
