Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital (CAH), is seeking a
skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our
outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to
make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting, where
you'll provide individualized therapy and work closely with
patients across the lifespan to help them restore function, improve
mobility, and achieve their health goals. Position Overview: The
Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive
treatment programs for patients with a wide variety of
musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions. You will
collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the
interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care in both
outpatient and occasional inpatient settings. Prior experience in
outpatient or hospital settings preferred, but new graduates are
encouraged to apply. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must
have BLS and WY license. Responsibilities: Perform patient
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide
therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional
training. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
and injury prevention. Document all care in compliance with
hospital and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians,
nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated
care. Maintain knowledge of evidence-based practices and current
treatment guidelines. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy
Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as appropriate. Requirements:
BLS certification WY license
