You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active State PTA license required to start the assignment in Wyoming. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred. Demonstrated skill with gait training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and modalities common to acute care preferred. Ability to work variable 8-hour day shifts as outlined by the facility preferred. Must be able to meet facility-specific onboarding requirements and credentialing prior to start.
