Cardiac Electrophysiologist - Casper, WY

Compensation: $750,000 base salary + productivity bonus

Join a premier, private cardiology practice with a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence. We're seeking an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiologist to build and lead a brand-new EP program-becoming the only EP in the region . This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact service line with the full support of practice leadership and hospital administration.

• Build the first and only EP program in the area

• Brand-new EP lab with mapping and recording systems in place

• Proven volume; current patients leave the state for EP services

• Collaborate with 6 established cardiologists (3 interventional, 3 invasive)

• No managed care; supportive, physician-led environment

• Guaranteed base salary of $750K

• Productivity bonus

• Road to partnership after 2 years (3 years for J-1 visa candidates)

• Paid malpractice (claims-made $1M/$3M)

• Retirement : Up to $45K/year pension + additional benefits

• Time off : 20 working days, 12 holidays, 6 long weekends, 10 CME days

• 5+ years of EP experience required

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming

• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient

• Shared call rotation: 1 in 3 weeks

• Hospital rounding: 10 patients/day

• Clinic: 22-35 patients/day

• Outreach clinics: 2-3 per month (including EP outreach when established)

• Must be comfortable rounding on your own patients
