Mountain Time / Buffalo, Wyoming Team) First American is looking to
add a Title Assistant to our growing Wyoming team. This is a remote
opportunity for candidates who are able to work Mountain Time
hours. In this role, you’ll dive into your passion for history,
research, and real estate while supporting a high-performing Title
team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment,
playing a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient title
processing that supports our customers and partners in the
residential real estate space. At First American, we set the

critical part of delivering that experience. What You’ll Do Gather
and analyze information to help resolve title issues Search,
examine, and interpret real estate records and documents Audit
calculations and legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and communicate recording information and legal property
documentation Maintain detailed and organized title files and
research records Communicate professionally with internal teams and
external customers What You’ll Bring A passion for helping
customers with a positive, professional attitude Strong verbal and
written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with a
high level of attention to detail A problem-solving mindset and
eagerness to learn Natural curiosity and interest in researching
property and transaction history Ability to thrive in a
collaborative, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft
Office and ability to quickly learn new systems High school diploma
or equivalent required 2 years of title or related experience
preferred Pay Range: $16.63 - $22.18 Hourly This hiring range is a
reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the
time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may
include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business
