This position supports daily production needs, inventory accuracy, material planning, and shipment coordination. Job Summary Manage daily material and inventory requirements Perform inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with Operations, R&M teams, vendors, and supervisors to ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and documented on time Track and process inventory consumption using internal systems (OASIS, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office) Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and assist with loading/unloading equipment Maintain organized storage areas and ensure DOT, HSSE, and QMS compliance Operate forklifts and cranes safely Perform cycle counts, monthly inventory reconciliation, and monitor slow-moving/obsolete inventory Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming/outgoing equipment and parts Other duties as assigned; some standing, repetitive work, and on?call availability required Qualifications Industry experience preferred Ability to lift, operate equipment, and work in active shop/yard environments Job Type: Full?time Visit www.expresspros.com to apply or contact us for more information at 307-265-0289. 3444ST Express Office: Casper 300 North Ash 2 Casper, WY 82601
