TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVESOVERVIEWProvides support for all customer business requests received through phone or e-mail. Coordinates all customer contacts to insure timely and accurate handling and processing within established policies, procedures and directives.RESPONSIBILITIES* Meet all assigned responsibilities and goals.* Receive, document, coordinate and complete following business transactions and requests accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures, and current directives.* Customer Order Entry and related requests* Returns and related requests* Product and Training information requests* Answer customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns. Assist officers with online registrations for the Training Academy* Coordinate agency host packet requests* Training class set up via internal calendar and training website* Ordering of training class courseware and shipment of class equipment* Process Credit Card payments for product orders and training* Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers relating to issues, progress, status and solution.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.QUALIFICATIONS* Minimum of two (2) year of Customer Service experience required* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)* Intermediate understanding of telephone concepts, practices, and procedures.* Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas.* Experience with MS Office Suite.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to work within a team environment.* Intermediate knowledge of company products, practices, and procedures.* Intermediate Sales Order life cycle management skills.The Safariland Group believes in the benefits of a diverse workforce and is committed to equal opportunity and affirmative actions.
