The position handles the prosecution of felony-level offenses. The position prepares a variety of court documents and argues motions before trial court; conducts jury and bench trials; confers with investigative agencies; plans, coordinates, and institutes activities related to the prosecution of felony cases; coordinates case investigations with law enforcement agencies; checks instructs or directs the work of their assigned legal assistant as necessary.
