Job Description:
The Manager's duties include but are not limited to: * Greeting the customer on the phone and at the counter * Order entry using a company specific Point of Sale system * Maintaining a clean and orderly work area * Customer complaint resolution using company trained strategies * Production of product including learning recipes and end bake preparations * Overseeing the work of a team up to twenty people per shift * Ordering product and make sure product is in date and safe * Scheduling and maintaining adequate staff for business * Maintaining equipment
