Description:Position Description: LP Cylinder filler Maintenance position is responsible for filling propane cylinders, maintenance and upkeep of buildings,
driveway and yards, fuel pumps, in adherence to all company policy and store standards at multiple locations. This is a safety sensitive position and will require a negative drug test. This position will report to the location manager. Responsibilities This position requires the ability to develop
and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer service. Demonstrate
attention to detail, able to make good judgments quickly and the ability to
multi-task. - Demonstrate ongoing communication with all levels and divisions of the company to enhance teamwork
and effectiveness in alignment of company policies and goals. - Grounds Keeping - mowing lawns, snow removal, sidewalks free of debris - Occasional scale - weight management - Inventory management. - Gas and Diesel Pumps - clean spills and wash pumps and hoses. Look for wear, tear and leaks. - Windows and walls washed. - Empty Trash replace trash liners, window cleaner, and towels. - Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies. - Sweep, mop, or vacuum building floors. - Make minor building repairs, replace light bulbs. Notify manager of major repair needed. - Stock, dust, and front shelves. Essential Functions This position requires the ability to perform
a combination of the following duties during 95% of workday/shift. Although

mental stamina, as well as the ability to perform job duties efficiently,

using strong verbal and written communication skills. - Lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally lift
objects up to 75 pounds.
